Completed in the spring of 2024, Island Air Maintenance’s 11,000 sq ft facility sets a new standard for aircraft service in the San Juan Islands. Purpose-built for efficiency and versatility, the hangar offers ample space for multiple aircraft, advanced tooling, and a clean, climate-controlled environment—supporting everything from routine maintenance to complex repairs with expert precision. An additional 11,000 sq ft expansion is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2025, further enhancing our capacity to serve the region’s growing aviation needs.

From routine inspections to complex repairs, our facility is stocked with advanced tools, diagnostic equipment, and specialized resources—ensuring every job is handled with precision, efficiency, and expert attention to detail.

Our FAA-licensed mechanics possess decades of experience with a wide range of aircraft, including piston, turbine, jet, and radial engine planes as well as expertise in sheet metal and avionics.
